The staff were friendly and able to make a tonne of recommendations on places to visit in town like Cafes etc. I did mention it was a little disappointing the pool was closed and bathrooms in rooms are a little dated. But they were quick to inform me they'd just taken over the business recently and had big plans for renovations and upgrades. Their approach to the conversation was very open and was really awesome to see a business so open to feedback good and bad. But overall a great little place to stay the night. Also as a single female it felt like a very safe and secure place to stay

The room was very nice, and clean, looks like it was just recently renovated so the facilities were all very nice. Had air con and a fan, which was great for a stinking hot day. Check in was very easy, as they give codes so you can check in at any time.

The electronic booking systems were very easy to use and made check-in after hours very easy. The room was basic but well appointed with various facilities including a microwave. I was given a ground floor room with easy access between my vehicle and my room. Very helpful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable and clean. I found it had been updated since the last time I used this location. Solid amenities and friendly service. Would recommend to anyone wanting a cheap and cheerful place for the night.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to family room so we had lots of extra space. Rooms have been recently upgraded so very clean and tidy. Super comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Nice and quite also. Service was amazing! Restraurant attached to motel was also beautiful! Super yummy dumplings and you must try the charcoal lava buns...so yummy!

Clean, simple rooms that were surprising for the price. Smart TV that actually worked and had screen share was great. The kicker was the delightful lady who checked us in. She was excellent and truly made our day by rectifying a mistake in the booking on my part with a kind smile and brilliant attitude. She didn’t have to help at all, but she did and we’d recommend the stay

Good value for money. Older room but was clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was nice and easy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Friendly, professional staff. Renovations occurring, staff went out of their way to assist. Owner made contact prior to arrival to inform us of changed conditions to entry making our journey easier, appreciated as we did not know area

Easy to access, check in and out was simple and efficient. Staff were friendly. Restaurant within steps of our room was great and friendly relaxed atmosphere. Price lined up with our expectations and overall was a lovely experience

In town for work and needed a 1 night stay - was SO impressed with the Nowra Motor Inn. An old motel that’s been given a freshen up and the room had everything I wanted! Great location for access to the Navy base.
